Welcome to Lumos

Lumos has been building custom homes in the Centurion area since 2007. I oversee the appointment of competent professional personnel to begin with sketch plans. Once completed, the plans are submitted for approval at the City Council and NHBRC for enrolment. All work is certified by a structural engineer as appointed. The project concludes with the issuance of an occupation certificate, followed by a period during which snags or faulty items can be addressed. Below are the last four projects completed in 2022 and 2023.
